1. Compete entirely at my own risk. 
2. I waive all claims against event organisers, promoters or sponsors. 
3. I agree photographs and video may be taken and used for promotion 
4. I consent to Swimming Taranaki collecting the information provided, and retaining and using it for the event administration. Consent is given in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. 
5. I am aware of the NZMS and NZ Sports Drug Agency Doping Policy and will comply in all respects with it.
